If the fibers can take a bit of heat, it might help when doing the second round of weft sewing to iron them over so they’ll stay in place easier. Course, not all fibers like heat so maybe a tiny test area. Thanks for he great video!

I ended up having to re-sew and trim my cap, which was weird because I’m sure I used the correct pattern for my Minifee girl…

I think they can stretch out due to the weight & pull of the wefts on the fabric. That's why I always put elastic in my wigs. 😊

@@missysimaginings1 No, I meant when I just sewed it together. I put it on her head, like in your video, to put the elastic on and it was huge on her! So I pinned it closer to her head, took it off and sewed it again, trimmed it, and then it looked right.
