She was one of the very first wave of those 60cm dolls from Aliexpress. They didn't keep that face around for long. I like the face quite a bit, but the starvation marks on her back are a bit much, lol! I think they changed that as well ~ I'm not sure what they were trying to copy or achieve with that, lol!
