Your coat looks great Rachael, I love it! They both look great, I love the yellow, but I love how your coat has evolved Rachael. Fabulous ladies, thankyou. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💕

Beautiful coats ladies, thanks for sharing the detail. Oh Rachel I could feel your pain at the beginning of the video trying to ignore wee Lola’s pinning. It must be so hard. Well done for persevering😻

Love your sewing stories! My dog spent ages looking for your new puppy who, like you said, was crying in the background!

I think both of your coats are just perfect! 😍 Honestly, I couldn't say which I love more! Hearing the back story of how you decided and made them, and how you got on with the projects was so helpful and insightful. I appreciate hearing about the sourcing of materials and the prices as well. Again, so so sooo very lovely coats! Great job, ladies! Well done!

Love both of these! I recently made the kids Truffle Coat for my daughter. I actually liked that the zip was the first thing to do but I did find the instructions confusing at times. I love the end result and definitely want to make the adults version for myself.

Im sure the adult one will be a breeze once you made the kids one

Great vid and love the coats! You've inspired me to finally start sewing an anorak that was cut out a yr ago...hopefully it will be done in time to wear this spring.

I love both your coats and I could definitely use one here in Vancouver. I have the Kelly anorak but I think I need waterproof material so I have something that’s rain proof. Nice work!
@StitchSisters3 жыл бұрын
Go for it! waterproof fabric certainly gives it extra wearability and longevity too

I’ve got the truffle coat and fabric ready to go. Hopefully get cracking next month. I’m feeling a bit nervous as zips aren’t my specialty, but this was really helpful. Thank you.

Great video - love both the coats but I don’t think I am up to that standard yet. Love your dogs too - we have 3 rescues.

You can do it! There are simpler coats out there, you could try an easier one first

Beginner here! I so so so want to make the overalls that you shared on your website but I don’t think I’m savvy enough to follow written instructions, do you think you could record a sew-along tutorial? Love the content ladies!!

Hi Nikki, yes we hope to film a sew along for the dungarees but can't tell you when it will be (lockdown etc)

I’m making the truffle coat in a waxed cotton after seeing yours. I’ve chosen a pale blue but I don’t know what to do about interfacing it. Do you have any advice?
