Sewing the Ultimate Sports Bra Pattern

This video shows you the full process and take you through sewing the Ultimate Sports Bra step-by-step.
This project is for making a race back sports bra pattern with a front facing for extra comfort and the ability to insert pads. There's also a 1″ under-chest band for maximum support.
You can pause the video at any time or rewind to go over parts that were difficult.
Materials:
-Two yards Fold over elastic for bra 5/8" or fold over elastic in 3/4"
-Ball point needle #10
-Thread to match
-1/2 yard Spandex/nylon 4-way stretch, lycra milliskin nylon Spandex
Tools:
-Rotary cutter (optional, but highly recommended)
-Serger/Overlocker (optional)

I have a fairly large bust I ended up having to add close to 2 inches to the facing piece and the front panel the back laid perfect did not need to make any adjustments to it. Used powernet as a lining made a huge difference.

HI Jennifer, all depends on the pattern, if it is as easy as the one above taking in the sides and shortening the straps perhaps is enough.

I want a front closure - racerback (razorback), with sewn in cups - This is not rocket science. This country can get a man to the moon and win two world wars, but cannot make a front closure, sewn-in cups sports bra!! A pullover bra is a nightmare, I've actually cut one off just to get free.
