Very useful indeed !! Just started making vinyl bags for travel , toiletries. This version is great for organizing my electronic wires, adapters . I bought a bag for that at $ 19! With three compartments. Too bad I can’t return at this point. I can make your version as gifts for Christmas. Thank you Debbie , great 👍 tutorial!

You could have done this so much simpler by just sewing edges around the plastic to make 2 panels and then sewn those 2 panels right sides together and added a zipper. Viola! Same outcome, no raw edges and no fussing with having to roll the bag and whatnot.

She also says to make the bag any other size you like. I don't see anything stating it is a TUTORIAL. Even so, this video is to show one how to complete something, it doesn't mean you have to be obtuse and cannot think for yourself and have to take everything literally, it is to learn, if you are able to find a shortcut that's great, but it doesn't mean what was shown was wrong. Sometimes there are ways of saying things also, your comment I found was quite brusque. You could have said, hey that was great but I did this, or how about this.....rather than what you did. If it wasn't for you don't watch, it's that simple. Isn't it?
