Oh, Sara, congratulations! I am thrilled for you. Once my vest is completed (the holidays interfered!) I will be interested in getting this pattern as well. I can see this this beautifully constructed, like the vest. :) You are amazing, you know that? Thank you for all the joyous inspiration you have given my sister and me. We look happily forward to many more years following your efforts and learning from you.
How do you finish the seams without a serger? Can I do a flat felled seam instead?

Hi Sarah, Really enjoy your videos. Could you raise the subtitles up a little higher from the bottom? I usually watch on my phone, and they are mostly cropped off.
@SewingTherapy9 күн бұрын
Sure! I’ll make sure to do that in my next videos. Thanks so much for the feedback!

Eonni can i ask something?in traditional Korean wedding what type fabric they use to make hanbok?is that cotton?satin?or sutra? Btw youre modern hanbok is amazing ❤️😍😍 love it
@SewingTherapyКүн бұрын
Thank you!! The traditional hanbok, especially for weddings, is typically made of silk, referred to as "bidan" in Korean. However, it's not commonly used in modern garments because it's quite heavy and challenging to maintain. :)

@SewingTherapy i love hanbok so much, , because when I see someone wearing it, they will definitely look elegant and beautiful,i ever made hanbok from my country's traditional fabric called "batik",In the kdrama seuguk hanbok worn by noble women, is the fabric used made of silk too?

Hi Sara, I have some Thinsulate interlining and want to know your opinion to add this between the main fabric and lining. Would that make it too bulky for a hip length coat?
@SewingTherapyКүн бұрын
Sorry for my delayed reply! If you'd like to add interfacing to the coat, I recommend sizing up by one or two sizes. I think it would work well! :)
