They have great fabric and they are a great, spiritual family. I am currently weening myself off of their show. I had the pleasure of spending 61 hours in their shop in their Sew Til You Drop contest in October.

I just saw your channel with the “Sew Yeah” in the title which caught my eye. I have recently found them and purchased online from them but had not been aware that they had online auctions. I joined one last week and oh my!! It was fun but I definitely need to write down the amounts of my purchases so I will know what my bill will be. It is just so easy to get a lot racked up when you are shopping at $6.00 a yard. Anyway, it was fun and I am waiting on my shipment to arrive. I am sure that I will probably join their auctions again. I also saw a video of them doing a tour of their shop and it is so nice with so much fabric! Good thing I don’t live close. Happy stitching with all of your new fabric.
@lessonslearnt59662 жыл бұрын
Yes! It’s a great resource, but you can get caught up in the excitement of it all. I buy a lot less than I used to and mostly buy on their Tuesday sale, which is focusing more on new lines of fabric for $11.50. That’s still a great price for designer lines.

Sew Yeah popped up as a recommendation for me on 2/23/21. That was a fun episode. Now I have a large dresser drawer of fabric that I don't have much time to sew. I usually don't buy enough to get free shipping. I'm a part time seamstress and have been busy lately. I also have a bunch of apparel fabric so I need to talk myself out of bidding on more quilting fabric. The SY guys keep me company in my sewing room while I work. Watching a replay or on delay a few minutes helps me to not buy although I occasionally falter and buy an item or two. I just love seeing new fabrics without leaving the house. You could probably just link their short video on how to buy your description box for those asking. I kind of wish they'd stop growing because the competition to buy really gets fierce sometimes.

It's pretty simple really. On Tuesdays they typically sell new stash. Mostly new fabric which often is a first time out in the market. All known designers. A pricier of the two nights of online sales. They basically show the fabric with a corresponding number. If you want it you plug in the number on the live chat. If they call your name, it's in your cart. (Saturday night is the same. Except it's less expensive fabric. ) 5 item or $100 worth of fabric is free shipping. Under that it's $5 for US shipping only. Following each online sale...you'll receive an invoice within about 12 hours. You must go on and pay right away. Also...before you claim any item you must register with them on their fell number by providing your email address which is where they will send the invoice. Have fun! The chatter is fun but be careful not to blow your $ right away and know your spending limits....because it is addictive!
@angelah.22912 жыл бұрын
I’ve never seen them do END OF BOLT fabrics. It’s usually 3 or 5 yard cuts. A lot of those are from New Stash night on Tuesday at $11 a yard. And Grunge is always $11 a yard unless it’s a rare mistake. That grey that is 10 + yards is a full bolt. They take the cardboard out. It’s cheaper to buy it that way.
@lessonslearnt59662 жыл бұрын
It must be really rare because I saw a sale where they were doing it and it was $6/yd. I bought a 10+yd bolt of gray. They called it WHOLE BOLT, but they were not NEW full bolts. They knew how much was still on each bolt. They slip the whole yardage off the cardboard, fold in half and ship.

There’s a show tonight at 7pm CST. Go to Sew Yeah on KZbin at that time and open the “chat” section of the video. At the very top there’s a dark colored bar that has a video that explains how everything works. After viewing the video, text them your full name, KZbin name (if different), email address, your shipping address and phone number at the phone number listed in that dark box. When they call a number of a fabric bundle, Pre-Cut or yardage that you want, you simply put that number in the chat. Sometimes the numbers reach them at a different rate than what you see on the screen. If there’s a limited quantity of an item, they will call out the names of those who won it. If there’s a large amount available, they’ll say everyone that put in the number is getting this. You’ll get an invoice sent to your email overnight. Pay it ASAP. For the following sales, you will already be registered. Tuesday is New Stash sales (newer fabrics), Saturday is Destash (older lines or buyouts). These sales last 4 hours. From time to time they have Flash Sales on undetermined days and times. Have fun! But don’t overspend 😉 it’s easy to get caught up in the excitement.

I'm guessing that beautiful grey fabric is homespun. It can be tricky to sew with because it isn't as tightly woven, but you're right it feels great.

Yes I believe that’s another term for it. They just called it woven during the sale, but any fabric is woven, right?

It really is a good fabric buying resource. Fortunately with having this channel, I can indulge a little more than a person should 😂

Who do you get that fabric from.
@lessonslearnt59662 жыл бұрын
It’s a KZbin channel called Sew Yeah. They are a quilt shop in Las Vegas, but they have online sales on Tuesday and Saturday through their KZbin channel.

Hi. I think they are expendive, that is if you pay $ 5 or $6 for yard, you are going to expend a lot in a quilt. God bless you . By the way , Iam addicted to fabrics , few years ago I used to buy expensive fabrics; no any more . I buy from yard sale , flea markets. Wal mart and other stores when they have ssles
@lessonslearnt59662 жыл бұрын
I’ve heard that quilt shops are charging over $12 yard minimum these days. I’m all for getting a bargain at thrift stores, etc. too thanks for watching Lina!
