at 5:06 it will be a 25 percent chance of one of the sons being color blind because the couple has 2 sons but only one of the sons has the colorblindness phenotype.

Thats only 50% cause the first questions is about the probability of the son that would be colorblind. Since there were only 2 sons, we know that 1 of them is infected. So thats 50%
