I can confirm this from my personal experience that taking pictures of your body does make you accept and love yourself. I had never seen myself naked in the mirror before I met my boyfriend because as said in the video - no privacy in Indian households. Besides, I was insecure about my body and was ashamed to even touch myself. But my boyfriend made me feel confident and suggested that I should see myself naked in the mirror and I did. It was weird at first but that does work. Being able to see and accept your perfects and imperfections is enlightening.

That's so true!! But it's so difficult to finally get to this stage you know.. I tried to explain this to my girl friends but they think there's no need to see yourself or know what you like.. And I understand why 😅 I just hope every girl gets to know how amazing it feels when you finally start liking and accepting your body.

depends on the woman honestly. I've met some who just laugh and make fun of the guys who send unwanted nudes but most of the women feel violated and disgusted. Here's some info everyone should know : Sending a woman obscene material like pornographic videos, obscene pictures, films, messages and nudes against the will of that woman is an act of sexual harassment mentioned under section 354-A of the Indian penal code.
