Congrats Sheila! I'm a 56 year old woman who started exercising 2 1/2 years ago and I also had been sedentary most of my life. I lost about 85 lbs. I've gained muscle tone I didn't know I had and am in the best shape I've ever been in. I can even keep up now with the 20 somethings in some HIIT videos I have! Keep going and feel the burn! Rebecca is the absolute BEST and will always keep you motivated with her boundless energy and positive attitude.

R.L. and ladies out there, I have been very good to myself doing this workout 4 or 5 times a week. I combined it with stretches an butt workout. I am so happy with the way my arms and my back look now. Yes, Rebeca says it all the time. We need to be consistent and FINISH the workout.

I lost weight this past year and I my arms are not firm anymore. When I look in a mirror I see loose skin on my arms from the elbow to shoulder.. As a senior can I still get my arms firm again? I had not played tennis for 30 months and it's like I lost muscles so my skin is loose especially on my arms and thighs.
