Great workout, short and simple. EVERYONE CAN DO IT. I could not close a dress that I loved anymore and missed about 5-7cm. Thanks to these exercices + a little food control, I can now close the dress again easily! Such a good feeling. Thank you

Great workout. I can do most of these exercises, just not the kneeling ones as I'm disabled. However, with a little modification, most of these exercises can be done by chair-bound people. I'm glad I found your video and look forward to finally shifting the "upper tyre". :)

Most videos that I've seen all focus on floor or stepping exercises that are beyond my range of motion. So, I was very glad to find your video. Hi Rebecca-Louise. I am 75 years old and have had three major surgeries in the last 3 years(360 back surgery( going from stomach to back), then incisional hernia repair from the back surgery and last an implant in my lower back to relieve the pain. I have gained a lot of weight in my stomach, fat above and below my bra line. I found your video and did my first time with you today. Hi Rebecca,thank you for this workout,I hate my flabby arms,I had to turn on my ac after finishing this workout!!! Completely out of breath!!!a I did it with 3lbs weights because that's the heaviest weights I have at home,and I barely made it through the workout!!! Special thank you for your instructions during the push-up,I was never able to do even one of those and wondered why I couldn't do them,until you said that the arms should be wider than the mat,anda suddenly,just like that,I did the push up ,,,Thank you so much for that!!! I just wanted you to know that your videos have really helped motivate me to exercise more and be more healthy. Thank you! Remember that my fitness program emphasizes 80% nutrition and 20% fitness, so eating healthy is definitely a huge component when it comes to achieving fitness goals! My chest workouts are great for establishing muscle and toning up but a proper diet is crucial - combine the two for best results! Also, chest size is difficult to alter...try to accept what you've got!

Definitely you feel the burn...I do with 5kgs dumbell...quite exhausting...I would recommend 2kg dumbbell for women...but I don't have it here in lockdown, so I am using 5kgs one. The entire routine majorly focuses on back..which is greaaaaattt... I ideally don't like trainers who constantly talk but I think the routine is worth it.

Rebecca I don't think its legal, how good of a trainer you are and I simply adore you for it. Also, since I'm young and have no money for the gym this is a light at the end of the tunnel for me. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Never have i ever been able to do pushups even in the modified position - been always doing them half-heartedly. Hey !!! I’m 15 and I don’t like my chest and body dysmorphia does not help I’ve tried so many chest reducing workout for about 6 months nothing has worked yet so I’m hoping this does . But How long do you.estimate that results will show ? Day one ✅ Day two ✅ I’m shaking Day threw ✅😩 Day Four ✅ I feel sick my chest looks toner

Aaaaand that is Day 10. This was awesome. I'll definitely be coming back to this one once in 2-3 months. All these 13-15 minutes ended with me giving my best ^^ Off to explore more workout videos.
