Yes, the boss theme for the Yie Ar Kung Fu stage is the Russian folksong Коробейники, better known to us as the Tetris Music. Despite the fact that the song itself is in the public domain (as the _Parodius_ series in general pulls from the vast library of classical and other public-domain music for its soundtrack), Konami has no right to use it at least in the USA, as the exclusive _trademark_ rights to use the song in a videogame are held by The Tetris Company LLC. That may have been contributory to why _Sexy Parodius_ never got a legit North American release. But really, it was probably mostly the naked women and penguins with toilets on their heads.

In the Sega Saturn version of this game they used a completely diferent song which is called Lovely Otohime Composed by Konami Kukeiha Club It was more fitting to be honest, I don't know why they change it for the Tetris one

I own the PSP pack, but did NOT like some of the musical changes Konami made to the games. Copyright shit I know, but the first stages song in Sxy was changed to......the exact same song, just with a different sound to it, and another song in Gokujou got changed to a damned song from DDR. I stick with the Parodius games on my Saturn, since I have them all, nothing is altered, they are as the arcade is music and all.

No idea, my guess is Konami was covering their backsides in case of copyights. Then again the Konami that made these games, and the Konami that did the PSP pack were different staffs, and probably didn't like the music, or were actually afraid of copyrights may have had something to do with it.
