I can't take any of the other antibiotics because they make me horrendously ill. Accutane gave me several mental health problems, and my schedule doesn't allow me to take spironolactone multiple times a day. I am grateful to be able to try something new. So far, seysara hasn't made me ill so I'm hoping for good results

Did you have any luck with this? I'm in the same boat, I can't tolerate Accutane and doxy made things much worse. I'm hoping to try seysara soon.

@@robertjohn3723 so far it’s good. I’m on the second bottle of pills and yeah acne is going down . But my skin wasn’t that bad just mild acne. If it doesn’t work I’m gonna try accutane

My acne is mainly inflammatory.... no black heads or white heads... just counted 11 blind pimples. I’ve been taking seysara for 5 months now. In my experience, this antibiotic sucks. No side effects or any effects whatsoever

@Annelie Kamperin it may cause of purging base on the tretinoin ur derm prescibe u a long, usually derm start a treament for their patient with tretinoin and oral antibiotics
