My question is... Is it appropriate to give your Farisian mate a list of all of your enemies, in case they want to stab them with a sword and present it... or are they just supposed to guess who is your enemy or not? Also, what if your enemy is like a police officer or something? Does the tradition become "illegal", then, or is there a level of Galactic Understanding associated with it? Like, if your sworn enemy was like a member of the High Council of the Galactic Empire and your Farisian girlfriend stabbed them with a sword, would that be considered MORE romantic if she pulled that off, than if she just stabbed Jeff from Accounting who calls you a dingus every time you meet? Or is that like, "big trouble" territory? I'm more curious how that works now. What if she REALLY loves you and presents you with several bloody swords, each one labeled? I feel like dating a Farisian would be really interesting and fun. Also, what do you get your Farisian mate for that holiday? Do YOU have to stab someone and present a sword for your female Farisian, too? Or, do they like something different?

Due to the reaction to the sword rule I conclude that the squirrel's followers are not bureaucrats or fond of rules for the sake of rules. If I get a Farisian girlfriend will I need to use a similar sword or bearded axe? The easiest and safest way to deal with Christmas may be a couple structures nearer to one of the planet's poles. Having had cats and loud humans as neighbors I sympathize with the Vraxians.
