An example of high level play: Towards the end of the first round, when Daigo neutral jumps over Mago's fireballs, he does a last second hurricane kick every time to build super meter. Making the most out of every decision he makes.

@karlfan upon inputting cr.mk, ryu's (and shoto, chunli etc) hitbox is lowered to a point which can dodge tiger knee (as the head part gets lower), if you further delay the cr.mk input (with a certain prediction) you can hit the tiger knee recovery frame with ur already "lower-hitbox'ed" cr.mk you see a lot of good ryu, akuma (daigo, tokido, momochi etc) use cr.mk to dodge tiger knee in vanilla sf4 and then grab (or even raging demon)while sagat is still recovering from the knee

It is amazing how well japanese players move on the ground. Daigo only jumps in like 3 times but he is still able to push mago into the corner no prob. This match is extremely stressful for ryu and its crazy how well daigo handles it.

just wow how much potential can one human being have?! this is truly amazing this is why i love to play street fighter you just never know how the match will turnout sometimes :) id love to face daigo someday even if it means im about to get beat or whatever he is just way too awesome :).

that was a sick fight, was expecting mago to win once daigo lost a lot of health in the second round. i thought with that much health mago's just gonna spam firballs and bait a jump in. the back dash was beautiful. there's so much more to just sending fireballs. knowing the range and when to use an EX version is so important.

i once met this guy in the arcade, he used sagat, and he had a habit like this mago... at the start he would be spamming fireballs, and attacking fiercely. then once his opponents hp gets low, he starts softening and keeps moving backwards. needless to say, he didn't win a single match in the arcade.

Maybe a noob question, can someone tell me an input or a tip to walk forward (using Ryu) and then do "cr.forward + Fireball" ? sometimes i loose a battle cuz i get a srk when i try to do that. plz :V

Mago should've dashed backwards with his FADC at the end of the first round. It's a much safer option.
