@@HalcyonEX first off, numpad notation is extremely easy to learn, just look at your number pad. more importantly, what the hell is L.mp and H.lk. How do I do a light mp? What's the notation for unique attacks? what about down+forward? c.HP, HP, f.HP, qcf.HP... yeah we got those, but using numpad makes everything absolutely clear once you look at a calculator or numpad.

I gotta say, confirming counter hit 5MK into Buster Wolf is incredibly satisfying. Also Terry has another double Buster Wolf combo. I’ll word it like a combo trial. In the corner… Standing Heavy Kick (Punish Counter) Crouching Heavy Punch EX Power Wave Buster Wolf Buster Wolf Does over 50% and is more optimal than any other combo out of Twin Geyser (Lv 2 plus 3 bars). Use 5MP if you’re not completely in the corner otherwise 2HP will whiff.

i just tested this, and it seems there is a double geyser route that is slightly more damage than the combo you mentioned. The sequence are this: in corner, S.HK (punish counter) -> C.HP cancel into double geyser > M. Crack Shoot (2 hits) -> H.DP But from the double buster wolf is definitely the better 2 drive bar option, since 2nd hit of geyser automatically uses 3 bars of drive. Another worth noting point comparing the two routes, the double geyser combo will build 15% of super meter, since the normal hit juggle afterward builds meter, but buster wolf ends with super, so no meter build.

@@marche4ever Just tested it. Right you are. 5260 vs 5120. My route actually gains back about 80% of a bar after the 2nd Buster Wolf, versus about a quarter of a bar for the other one. Whether that’s better than a bit of super meter or not is up to the player.

Some things you didn't touch on: Power Dunk, like crack shoot and burning knuckle into super, has different properties if it's timed perfect. You can see the small change in the animation, Terry will have motion lines behind him, and it hits for 120 extra damage on raw punish counter: HK > MP > HK > HK The timing of it for perfect power dunk is when his right foot swings around and just touches the ground, hit HK a second time. Another very miniscule thing, Terry has a slightly alternate animation and voiced lines if you activate super 2 using his classic input. And lastly, Terry has 2 different opening animations for pre battle. Afaik he is the only character that changes animations based on outfit. With outfit 1 he will catch his hat and put it on. With 2 he will do his Garou entrance and slip into his jacket mid air.

@@YiffyShonryu indeed. It is quarter circle back, forward, MK + HP. It does the classic animation, the geyser is vertical instead of angled. Afaik there is no change in properties, but maybe there is. I can't see it having much use, but maybe it will work better for some people than quarter circle back x2

@@johnjohnothan5927 It takes a couple of seconds to disable in-game music in the settings, and at most a couple of minutes to add songs in post-seconds if said songs are already sitting in a sound library to be dragged & dropped from and thus don’t need to be searched for and downloaded. Advice like this that demands so little effort and time to implement while making a non-negligible difference in quality is the most convenient and/or relevant kind to receive when you’re a small content creator without infinite time(other job) or a team of people between which to split the workload, so it’s kind of a weird thing to complain about…

It was discovered about a week ago that Terry has as optimal timing with his Power Dunk target combo. It'll do slightly more damage with said timing. Why it exists, I'm not sure. It's probably a reference to something.

4:00 Most (non charge) EX fireballs are minus. The only exceptions are JP (whose EX fireball is very slow and is only actually gets a hitbox when it comes into contact with them), Ryu (needs Denjin+EX), and Akuma (lmao he needs it)

Power Geyser has a secret alternate input: 21416+MK+HP (classic Fatal Fury input) will make the plumes come out completely vertically like the older games, as opposed to slanted. I'm not sure why that specific MK+HP combo is necessary, but it's probably to prevent accidentally using the move when trying to cancel to level 3 or something. I have no idea if this affects the hitboxes, but it might be more useful for close jump-ins. Maybe if Capcom would add a damn hitbox viewer to training mode...
