I think they're talking about the sound effects of the drive meter, there's one that happens when a bar fills that I don't get when I play, it's even slightly different if it's the whole bar filling

A-? I'll have to disagree, they've quite literally given Ryu Luke's old crmp and he has Luke's pre-nerf damage, plus great fireball game and a buff to his neutral with the hop kick, Ryu is S tier
