I still think Ken beats Akuma, but only by a small margin. Ken just has so many tools at his disposal on top of Akumas low health. This was a great match to watch.

I'm not that good with Akuma, Diamond 4, but i enjoy playing him more than any other characters. Half the roster is kinda corny and boring, whereas Akuma is bad boy sending ya ass to hell. TS, I'd say is far the smartest Akuma and near optimal execution.
