Fun Food Facst: 1- Since the body can create the sugars it needs with proteins alone through gluconeogenesis, it's not actually a dietarilly required nutrient at all. 2- The majority of vitamins in most plants aren't bioavailable or in high enough amounts. 3- Fiber can actually cause constipation as your body can't digest it. 4- Saturated fat can't cause any health issues, especially not weight gain as that system is based on insulin spikes, which require carbohydrates, of which fat and meat contain zero of. 5- The body can run off fat by turning it into ketones, which last longer and require significantly less food. 6- Statistically at the moment people are eating the lowest amounts of animal products in history and everything has only gotten worse. 7- The current way we think of heart disease is still a hypothesis because it's based on association and wasn't ever proven. 8- Calories are based off an extremely outdated method using a machine known as bomb calorimeter, they're a measurement of how flammable a food is and have zero real relation to nutrition at all.
