So they aren't letting Helldivers extinct them cause they need the 710 but can't control them anymore, so it's basically dealing with bug outbreaks. I still remember the first time I played the creek. I was like level 5 and I had a friend who decided to take ke there on difficulty 7. We were supposed to go in with 3 but our third had wifi issues and not only left the game but also the discord call. But we figured "we just lost one of our guys, there's no way this is a bad omen" and pushed onward. We were on cooldown for reinforcements the entire damn time. Eventually we began using metalgear tactics and just crawled everywhere until we completed all the objectives. When that was finished we prepared ourselves to sprint to the extraction. Only for a fucking botdrop to happen right on top of us and my friend going down immediately leaving me to run through the trees trying not to get Vietnam flashback. Eventually I made it to the extraction zone which was a small spirialing hill. After calling it in, I shit you not, 2 botdrops happened on both sides. Eventually I'm forced to drop off the spire and tried circling around just to wait out the clock. At which point I see a hulk approaching me. In response I prep and toss a 500kg bomb right on top of it, and I see it walk directly into the light before the bomb hits. Then I watch as it walked out of the smoke like the fucking terminator completely unscathed. "Mission Failed"

8:36 On this point, my main sound design complaint about this game is that the enemies do not convey even nearly enough distress. The player characters have pretty convincing screams for being set on fire and coughs for being gassed and groans for bleeding out, but the enemies basically just take it and quietly fall over. Killing a charger is fine and all, but my experience would be very much elevated by the knowledge that it died in absolute agony (as it deserved to, for mildly inconveniencing me).

If he records the same script multiple times, and then patches together the best sounding bits, you could get the same result. Though, I really hope the voice is not AI generated.
