This is long after the fact, of course, but Yoshimitsu doesn't really say "Such bad manners." He says 問答無用 (もんどうむよう), which is pronounced "mondou muyou." It's a four character compound, like an idiom, that means "there's no use arguing about it."

Yoshimitsu is the name given to the bearer of the sword of the same name. For example, the SC5 Yoshi actually killed the Yoshi from SC4 and now weilds Yoshimitsu the sword. So HE is now Yoshimitsu. So the Tekken Yoshimitsu is, in a way, a "descendant" of SC Yoshi. Again its who ever weilds Yoshimitsu the sword.

What do you mean, always? Has Dee Jay been in jail? Balrog and Vega duke it out at the Pandora, and depending on who you picked first, that one will come out victorious. Balrog, in other endings, also never goes to jail, but becomes boxing champion or stays on the loose in service of Shadaloo. Dudley never goes to jail, he returns to his rose garden, neither does Elena, or Sean. What black characters in this game end up "in some kind of jail" everytime? I think Raven is the only one.
