In 22 we ran a ton of rpo which Jalen is very good at, jalens biggest issues are not staying in the and he doesn't see the field like a traditional passer. He's gotten better at staying in the pocket but not at seeing the field. If he can get the seeing the field thing better which i do believe he will its just gonna take time. He will be a complete qb when that happens. That's why we are reverting back to the rpos more now cause that's what he's good at. He's not a traditional passing qb, he wasn't in college and he's not now. He can throw the ball just fine but just doesn't see the field well enough.

Jalen makes the right play when it matters, is as accurate as any top QB and the reason Saquon is having the season he is having in addition to the O Line is the threat of Hurts to run. Romo made a perfect explanation of his decision making being vital when Hurts gave the ball to Barkley for a lost on a read option vs keeping it later in the game and running for a 1st down

Has anyone ever called Russell Wilson in his early years in Seattle "mid"? Was he a "game manager" or just a good QB? Well almost everything Hurts is doing now, Russell was doing years ago, and I don't think too many folks were giving him these negative connotations. All Russell did was hand off the ball, hit the playaction pass, extend plays when the protection broke down and threw bombs, which is exactly what Hurts does right now. He's winning games at a crazy clip, got to the playoffs every season he's started and was a PI call away from a SB victory, because KC could not stop him and that offense. Difference was their defense couldn't cover. Well their defense is legit now, and they replaced their quality running backs with a unicorn, and it looks like they are poised to repeat an SB run. He doesn't care about earning anyone's respect, because him hoisting a trophy will be the symbol of him Taking it.
