"Options" is less confusing to people who don't play games that much, at least. Nowadays, most games just have you press any button or just don't have a title screen, so "Start" is outdated a bit. "Start" does have a better ring to it, though.

01:10 when playing with AI, you only have the commands Cover ("c'mon!") and Attack ("Go!"). Cover makes your partner opt to use weaker weapons like the handgun and stay close to you, while Attack makes them switch to stronger weapons and go full Terminator. Not kidding, Sheva in attack mode will clear then explore and fully loot areas on her own lol. Also, when you give the Attack command while she is close she will run forward for a few meters before stopping, which can be used if you want her to lure enemies or fall intro a trap instead of yourself I guess.

Backseater's Tip #4: Those of you playing along at home, when you're doing the Lantern section of the mines, do yourself a favor and look up at the ceiling every once in a while. You're very likely to find yourself a gemstone or two embedded in the rocks above you. As well as one stuck to the circular structure in the middle of the arena section. And no, there's no weapon cases down here, so don't worry about that.

The thing that infects them is still a plaga. Uroboros is the black tentacle creature that shows up throughout the game. And some of them are dogs, some are hyenas.

1:55- Not to be that guy, but Matt is wrong here. The Majini are infected with the Type 2/Type 3 Plaga (a genetic variant of the original Plaga created by Tricell). Uroboros infected turn into those giant tentacle monsters.

What's also funny about the call outs in this game is that if you hit circle right after your partner gets a crit, your character will say something like "Nice shot!"

18:42 there are two mercenaries modes: Mercenaries and Mercenaries Reunion from RE5 Gold and each had their own characters, music and slightly rules. The PS4/Xbox One/Switch combined both into "Mercenaries United", which kept Reunion rules and music while letting you play as all characters in the same game mode. This lets you play as RE1 Chris + Rebecca for the memes, but unfortunately means that Assault Fire (the vanilla Mercenaries music) is lost

There’s not that many CoD games that have Co-op Campaigns (that I’m aware of). I know World at War (2008) and Black Ops III (2015) have Co-op Campaign. The closest Modern Warfare games have to Co-op Campaigns are Spec Ops in Modern Warfare 2 (2009) and Raid Episodes in Modern Warfare II (2022). Not gonna hold my breath for that day, but thought I’d leave this comment since the topic was brought up.

Ya know co-op games like this shouldn't be that hard but somehow you two are so uncooperative you turn this into hard mode for yourselves as my god you have a better shot at using online to play with randoms making the game more easy than playing with each other. Which really what y'all are doing is an achievement as the game shouldn't be this difficult co-op Now co-op games y'all could play are pretty much any games from the Borderlands series as hard to screw that up even if you are Matt and Eliot. And the Dead Island series is a fun co-op thing but DO NOT play single player for it as it's a pain in the ass since it's like Triforce Heroes really only balanced around multiplayer with single plyer as an afterthought
