Normally I would comment with something like “out of all the Spider-Man games I played in my life-all 3 that I played in my life- this was the one I played the most” or “I don’t remember there being a tutorial”, but finding out that this is the last year of SGB makes me feel.......unhappy in a way. It makes me ask a lot of questions, such as “why is this channel ending?” “Will you keep all the videos up?” “Will Mat do Persona 2 eternal punishment?” “What about Resident evil 5?” “What about the other 3D Zelda games? I was looking forward to Majora’s Mask, and even more so Wind Walker!” “Will Elliot do Corpse Party for this year’s Halloween fest?” “Will there even BE a Halloween fest this year?” “What about Tales of Vesparia?” Questions like these will keep me awake at night if left unanswered. I do understand that this channel has been up for more than a decade at this point, but it hurts to see a channel eventually end.

"'Cause no-one wants to remember Spider-Man 3" OK, so, real talk... I actually like Spider-Man 3. Both the movie and the game. Sure neither of them are as good as the movie or game that came before it, but they were fine. That being said I do think they should have split it into a two part movie, with 3 resolving the Sandman plot and ending with Eddie getting the suit, then Spider-Man 4 having Venom as the only villain. Venom isn't a character you bring in for the last 10 minutes.

It would have been better as 2 parts but more than likely if Raimi had full control of Spiderman 3, Venom wouldn't have been included at all since he admitted that he didn't like the character very much.

The game was pretty good at least the 360/PS3 was. The web swinging physics weren't as fluid, but it still felt good and even more extra missions to do around the hub world. I hate that you couldn't get to Ellis Island though.

Nothing against the movie. It has its own charm to it. My last job had it playing nonstop in the breakroom and whenever I went on said break, it was ALWAYS the part where Tobey is acting like the biggest goof-douche to everyone in town, aka his scene phase.

So fun fact about the organic webbing thing, because the comics are always influenced by the movies since those are what people know, the comics temporarily gave Peter organic webbing after an over complicated story involving a spider god monster thing, and he emerged from a giant spider or something with organic webbing. And as a result he needed to eat more in order to convert his food into webbing. Then One More Day happened and it just went away

The pizza music now reminds me of an Alpharad highlight. So, shortly after Spectate was added Ultimate, he and his friends decided to "gamble" online. In one 1-v-1 match, a 2.6M GSP Link Vs a 190k GSP Bowser, but then when the match started, a Player 4 Ness just showed up out of nowhere and started ganging up on Link with Bowser, with the pizza song playing in the background. And the Ness didn't even show up on the result screen.

Luke's not in the Spider-Man 2 game, but he does appear in Web of Shadows. Also, the Punisher game came out a year after the Punisher movie (the movie was out in 2004 and the game came out in 2005), but is kinda like a sequel to the movie, since it has Thomas Jane as Punisher and the big bad is the son of the big bad from the 2004 film.

I do recall playing this game on my Dad's PC back in the early 2000s and I could never beat the Mysterio's portion of the game. The game visually is just looking super rough now. We have been spoiled by how far in game graphics have gotten now.

So… this is SGB’s last year, huh? I’m sad to hear it, I can’t deny, but I respect that the crew have lives to be getting on with, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store to make this last year something to remember. To that end however, I don’t suppose there’s any outlet set up for last requests? All the titles John mentioned in his tweet seem like real winners to me, but for me MGS3 is the LP I wouldn’t want to miss, and I’m sure there’s no shortage of other legacies people would want to see sent off in style. Then again, I suppose the probable sheer volume of requests could make that impractical. I guess we’ll just have to sit back and enjoy what we DO get.

I’ve been watching since this channel started, and I was wishing that it would never end. Hearing about it ending, imm glad they are moving on in life, and I’m also glad to hear that brainscratchcomms will continue, but I’m devastated to hear this channel come to an end. This channel helped me with so many games, and I’m just crying for this channel to end. I hope he leaves the videos up from previous let’s plays. I know all good things must come to an end, but it just feels like it was too soon for this channel.

The actor, Christopher Reeves, who played Superman in the first 4 films was paralyzed in the mid 90s, and several years later, Rock made a joke not so much making fun of Reeves' paralysis, but just the unfortunate reality that the person who portrayed the Man of steel could never walk again. When Matt said Superman couldn't walk, I just instantantly thought of Chris Rock's stand-up from 1999.

I really enjoy Spider-Man 2, but what hinders it for me is the lengthy amount of Hero Points you need to progress the story, and as the game goes on, those point totals increase and you're doing the same missions. Whereas with Ultimate Spider-Man, it's never that much between chapters.
