(How dare i have a different opinion, this is the internet) 2 side mission Johnny forgot was the shine sprite atop of the lighthouse, where you get to Gelato beach, use a rocket nozzle ot get up their and again to ground pound from a far enough height 3 i guess hopping for smackdown sunday to come back same week as RPG weekend was hopping for to much. I fully understand you guys not wanting to prioritise it and that it might take months for it to come back if it does at all, but it would be really fun to see it return as those are soem of you guy's best videos. 4 how are other visitors supposed to pop those balloons, just throw the rockets with their hands

Up until now I didn't even know people hated the Pinna Park Balloon Misson... and I'm seriously confused why. Almost all of the balloons are lined up for takedown, and the only time it gets difficult is near the end of the actual ride and _maybe_ the loops. If you know what you're doing and take your time, its one of the easiest missions in Sunshine. I guess it can be bad since the aiming can get some getting used to, but even then, its nowhere NEAR as bad as Pianta Village Secret, Poison River, Pachinko, Corona Mountain Boat, or even Noki Bay's Secret. I'd like to think its on the same level of difficulty as the Sand Bird level; can be difficult at times, but once you get a read on things, it becomes incredibly easy.

Honestly, I still say 64 controls better. Note I never got all 120 Stars when I say this but I NEVER had some issue with Mario's occasional slow turning instead of instantly making a 180, having the Long Jump I'll take over FLUDD any day of the week and the only thing Sunshine really does better for me is the wall jump letting you slide down a wall before jumping...which 64 DS fixed, so haha.

Sunshine is better controlling outright. The Long Jump is redundant with the new tools Mario has at his disposal here, the Spin Jump offers significantly more versatility than anything 64 had. The Wall Jump is better, the camera is the best in 3D Mario. Sunshine is a game where the controls were fine tuned from 64 so you always feel like you're in complete control, whereas 64's controls could be janky at times and it becomes clear that they were still getting a hang of 3D Movement (given it was a pioneer game.) Getting good at controlling Mario in Sunshine rewards the player by the sheer amount of freedom they have in the open ended levels once they attain a high level of skill at utilizing all Mario's tools. Don't get me wrong, 64's controls are perfectly fine considering the level design in the game is rather basic and doesn't ask too much of the player (no doubt made that way so people could be eased into 3D.) But Sunshine's are an improvement in every way.

You can pretty much assume any Mission 8, which is optional, is the most aggravating of them all. They are the last missions after all. That rollar coaster did irritate me though, dying a lot.

That's actually not all that true. It only really applies for... Gelato Beach, maybe Pinna Park (even if it's easy,) and possibly Sirena Beach (since the Red Coins of the Hotel demands a good sense of direction.)

Says the name of Pinna in a cutscene, but I'm why too lazy to check it. When I see it I pronounce it as "peen-a" like "penal" or "penis" My OCD! It's stupidly raging that Johnny should go to Sirenna Beach first even though it doesn't matter at this point. I'm glad I didn't watch all of the sunshine nintendothon run, because seeing the replay on KZbin, Johnny got fucked hard by Noki Bay's blue coins. Speaking of HFC marathons, that dolphin bit made me think of Ted's dolphin rant. I feel sunshine is smoother than 64, but Mario's when he's not with F.L.U.D.D. Does feel lacking without the long jump or backflip.

The issues I have with the balloon mission is that it's hard to aim because the roller coaster suddenly speeds up at certain points, making you miss the shot most of the time. And then there's the fact of only doing it in 3 laps before getting a cardiac arrest, & the roller coaster circuit is short, & the possibility of missing most balloons in 2 laps is high.
