The mantle actually looks good in the slab..was going through some of my old cards and found a Aaron Rodgers rookie I didn't know I had..thinking about getting it graded..

Love the videos and context. I’ve always had a question. Why do you show SMR for different grading companies for completely irrelevant grades? For example, the ‘58 Mantle is a SGC 1, so why do you list prices for PSA 7, 8, and 9? Why not list the price for an SGC 1 comp? That’s more relevant than a PSA 7, 8, 9. Not criticizing or knocking, just always wondered.

hey guys another bunch of awesome cards, but I think I would have sent the Griffey jr, to PSA by itself. i have only seen a few 10's from SGC, and I think it would have had a better chance at a 10 from PSA. thumbs up on the video,

Thanks Thomas. Yeah I think about any card has a better chance at a 10 with PSA but we have yet to submit to them. We aren't members at PSA and aren't really big fans of them or their slabs at the moment. Might get to the point where we sub to them but not right now. I guess we could always bust it out and try sending it to PSA in the future.

@@COGSportsCards Yeah, I totally agree with you on PSA, i am a member, but haven't been impressed with their grading lately, so I have been summitting my cards to SGC, the reason i was saying maybe PSA for the Griffy, is because everybody seems to think that PSA holds its value better than SGC, and I don't think for long though, people in the industry are starting to come around to SGC and the Tuxedo slab, luv the videos Snake / & Rusty Nuts

Nice submission. Griffey looks really nice. I thought Clemente deserved more than 3.5 too. Maris looks fantastic and decent grades for the creased Mantle and Hank, they look great

The Clemente should have graded higher but man it looks great in the slab! Congrats on the Maris, Aaron and Mantle grades.

Really enjoying these videos guys. Great result on the Maris. I have to wonder if the Clemente is a centering issue (top to bottom). SGC seems to ding good cards for centering and Clemente’s name looks close to the bottom when compared to other ‘68 Topps cards. Just my 2 cents.

@@chrisslaughter3331 oh my God dont you get it ...the cost of grading often exceeds the value of the card ....you are literally throwing money down the drain .....cant you see that ......in your collection will you slep any better knowing that you have a paul monitor rokie that is a graded 6 or a 5 no ....grading except fo the elite cards that really have an impact LOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGG term on the sport will be worth grading but only if they get a 9 or 10.............you are falling the "muggs" game if you grade 10 cards and 9 come back with no added value you could have bought one extra card for 360 and made it special by grading only that oine .....fukkkk

awesome cards! The mantle looks great. If you're gonna have creases in it, might as well look like that. I thought SGC was tough before but I think they are getting even tougher as of late. But all that matters is what's inside. Great reveal!

As cool as the mantle is .it would look just as cool in a screw down or a one touch so it's a bit of a waste to grade it knowing it's not getting to a number that would make it valuable but it is a mantle so I understand
