+miroozy I guess it depends on your basic attitude, how much stuff, how traumatic the bad things were, etc. Some of us break easier and some of us get stronger by the bad. No one gets out it completely. But I am old enough and gone through enough bad that I know you cannot run from it. You can try, but one day it catches up with you. So I've just faced it, learned what I can and most importantly, don't repeat the bad if it's within my control. That includes staying away from the not-so-great people. People will tell you who they are by actions, if not words. Believe them. Thanks to you, too. Songs, music are the world to me.
