I can tell the car sounds reek of Soundwave sounds rather than bespoke sound recordings. Games such as TDU2, NFS Shift (1 and 2), the Asphalt series (starting with 5) and the Project CARS series all used Soundwave sounds.

So, with HK being the main setting of this game (at least till Ibiza arrives sometime in 2025) You'd expect the game to have a ton of cars that are popular in the region (mainly JDM cars), like for example: the Toyota Supra (either the A80 or the A90 model)/GR Yaris, Lexus LFA (And yes, this game AFAIK doesn't have police, Toyota/Lexus is pretty much fine having their cars on racing games that doesn't involve police), Mazda RX-7/MX-5 Miata, any version of the Honda Civic Type R or the NSX, Subaru WRX STI/BRZ and Nissan Skyline R34/R32, Infiniti G35 and the 2023 Nissan Z, that and some cars from China (that are also popular here in my country for some reason), including those from Lynk and Co./Volvo/Polestar, MG, Nio, XPENG, Great Wall Motors, Geely, Buick/Cadillac (Yes, those are popular in China despite Buick and Cadillac being American) and BYD (with some Teslas like the Model 3 Plaid or the Cybertruck thrown in for good measure), but nah, more of the same Anglo-European and 'Merican supercars which we have driven in a dozen other games. Oh well.

@@josephj807 Nothing compared to graphics in forza, i play with a 4090 and forza its crazy, in Xbox is pretty damn good too, but test drive in PC is nice, but in ps5 oh my god, i really cant play, fps are not stable and all the game looks blurred, textures dont load and you see everything appearing very near to you, shadows are broken during the day, if you go through a tunnel, the car looks like white and the shadows reflected in the car are random, you can see a tree reflected, car list… no new audis, no new mercedes, no volkswagen, BMW just a m4… we are almost in 2025, come on, the base game should include more new cars, i mean i paid 90€!!! for the game, and it looks like mobile port that crashes and dont let me play because all the errors… can tell a lot more bad things, city textures, lifeless world, ai movement in traffic is horrible too… i really feel scammed bro

Very inconsistent car sounds. Some sound great with alot of depth and some sound like a malfunctioning robot malfunctioning. Some muffled some too spiky and screechy. Same goes for the graphics. Some areas it looks like a triple AAA top of the line new gen racing game like in the forest with sun beams and in the night city but in broad daylight it looks like gt5 on ps3. The chrome outline the cars have sometimes are also horrendous. This game needs bodykits, consistent car sounds and graphics and it could be a very very good game. Maybe better high speed physics would be nice too.

I played Fh3,4,5 and tc2, and yes there is a lot of cars, but every cars feel the same, they are annoying as hell. You can buy 700 car but at the end of the day you just have 5-10 cars that you really like. In TDU SC it’s not the same, i love to drive every car. I started with an alpine, i bought a mito for fun and a TTRS for races, and honestly i love to drive these 3 cars so much, they are so different, so detailled, it feels amazing. I don’t even want to buy other cars now, I just want to take more time to play with them.
