Sir using overcurrent and restricted earth fault protection lec 9 we can protect transformer against earth fault as well as phase to phase fault . Then why we use it??

@@lecturesinelectricaleng Sir overcurrent and unrestricted fault protection which is used to protect against phase to phase fault and earth fault like winding to core fault. Here this relay is also used for same purpose. So why we use both??
