Would this solution resolve or remove FLEXCOLORS inks? Thanks!

It looks like FLEXCOLORS is a different type of ink, and the Sgreen Aqua Wash is meant for a water-based ink.

Why is it when i wash my screens with a water base emulsion it not only takes my ink off but then also dissolves my emulsion....

This is an interesting issue you're seeing. emulsion should not just wash away like that - it makes me wonder if the emulsion is fully exposed? Are you seeing this after you're done printing? Or right after exposure?

+Ryonet after printing. Im using a blue water base emulsion from satti textil pc ... Typical drying time after emulsion i will sit for half a day til the next day before exposing..

its a water resitant...Saati Graphic HU as per label its an all purpose dual-cure photoemulsion, highly water resistant.
