The reality is slaves must recieve food and water and shelter in exchange for working all day. You have to give them those things or they will die. When you can import the entire third world to work and NOT give them any of those things, well, even better for the juice.

I’ve been loving Victoria 3 so far contrary to general opinion. Yeah the Econ and military are definitely not on par with Victoria 2 (yet) but it’s a nice game changer from the constant war and map painting. Even so, Victoria 2 will always be number 1 in my list of paradox games. Never gets old.
