Good sharing the varities Satay meat from the stalls and u.guys make.a very truthful and sincere comparison based on your tasting opinions regardless bad, moderate or excellent..is a very good vlog from your personal views ! thumbs up guys!
Dont go to those big shops like the one in kajang...you will be dissapointed cause they cooked in large portions in advance..thats why most of the satay are dry and cold. The small stalls will taste better cause they cook them upon order request.

大马的不同地方有不同口味的satay。一定要试试。😊

The satay sauce from the satay kajang you need to add the sambal into the peanuts sauce to add spiciness
au keramat 那边有间店叫做langgaq 那边的牛肉satay 也蛮好吃的。 晚上开门的,最夸张是我9点前到, 牛肉satay 卖完了

I all time fav is Kajang Haji Samuri. As for the sauce not being spicy, I'm not sure why they didn't provide you with the "sambal". The base sauce given to you in NOT meant to be spicy.

It's there.. just that they din notice it.. adding the sambal definitely will bring the sauce to a different level.. strongly recommend Malaysia Jor to go back and try again with the sambal
For the one you guys had in Kajang, you need to mix in the chilli/sambal into the peanut sauce. That is how you are suppose to do it.

Yup, I notice they didn’t mix the sambal. By the way, Katanga satay standard had dropped already. Satay must be eat when hot steaming, Kajang Satay always served cold, I had to resent back asking them to reheat, but seldom they really heated the satay properly.

Satay is not really from Indonesia. Deeper research will show it came from the Persian side where they had a way longer history of cooking food in skewers. Same for rendang too. It came from India as a dry braised curry to this region.
Indeed fair comments, if I were them I would Imeddiately forgo satay from Hang Samsuri. They've over commercialised themselves There's one better at sg rasah just 3 kilometer up the road towards the NKVE.
Hong Kong Food Is Delicious (Less Varieties) but Malaysia has more unique Delicious Food You Can keep on trying especially Chinese Local Food. Ipoh chinese satay version has chicken meat, pork, beef, intestines, gizzards etc...

Oh please, you've gone to the wrong satay place in Kajang. The Haji Samuri place is very commercialised. The Satays are made in bulk and left to cool.

It was simply a try out of so-called famous satay places 😄
