首代客戶服務大使-「紅衫魚」情繫街坊見證變遷 First Generation Customer Service Ambassadors - "Red-shirt Fish"

1979年香港首條地下鐵路正式通車，為咗協助市民熟悉全新鐵路同車站設施，我哋特登聘請咗一批穿著紅色制服嘅公關助理(Courtesy Girl)，教乘客點樣買票、找換零錢同出入閘，佢哋因一身紅色制服而被叫做「紅衫魚」。
其中兩位資深員工-張少玲女士和孟笑薇女士，訴說點樣從當年嘅「紅衫魚」，到成為深受乘客愛戴嘅前線站務主任嘅動人故事，亦分享她們各自同服務45年嘅社區建立咗幾深厚嘅聯繫，並見證港鐵從最初期開通嘅9個車站，發展到而家鐵路網絡覆蓋全港十八區。
透過兩位「紅衫魚」眼睛，一齊探索港鐵45年嘅發展歷程，以及同香港市民之間密不可分嘅紐帶。

When the Mass Transit Railway commenced service back then in 1979, the MTR hired a team of “Courtesy Girls” in distinctive red uniforms to help passengers familiarise themselves with the brand-new facilities, on buying tickets, change, and even passing through the gates. These staff were commonly known as the "Red-shirt Fish".
We are honored to invite two of the most senior station officers, Ling and Winnie to share their moving stories. The transition from "Red-shirt Fish" to become frontline staff beloved by passengers, as well as building deep connections with the communities they have served for the past 45 years. They will also share their experiences of witnessing MTR's growth, from the initial 9 stations to the current comprehensive railway network that covers all 18 districts of Hong Kong.
Through the eyes of "Red-shirt Fish", let’s explore MTR's 45 years development journey and its bond with the Hong Kong people!
