For people wondering what Reisen has to do with Elly, it's because in Elly's boss theme, "霊戦　～ Perdition crisis," 霊戦 (which means Spirit Battle) is pronounced rei-sen.

Yeah, that's what I'm guessing too. The line Elly says is actually "good for nothing." Not sure why that'd freak her out so much, but I think I'd be freaked out too just by Elly. :P Maybe in this context Elly's using the phrase to describe Reisen because in the context of the song the narrator is describing themselves.
