done this before. but my grind size is kinda coarse, coarse for french press. the pressure is fine in my case. i use 60ml of 90degree for first 10seconds brewing. then hot milk 60degree same like urs. i did not fill up to the top, my fresh milk about 160ml only. leaving some air in there. stir for around 30seconds, then press. 1st press kinda hard, but after while, its became easy. im not sure that taste is consider good. but i kinda love it my way.
