Hi, this is my first search for this recipe and it was hard to decide which one i will use. Until i see this, you helped me decide on this one. It was such a great ideal to do the experiment because i don't want to make a little batch as it is a bit of work involve, but same time i worry about the pastry might become hard and dried. After seeing your video, now i can make a batch enough to last 3/4 days. YEAH!!!! Thanks for sharing such an ideal. It's a thumbs up from me.

Hi Febi, which recipe do you like the taste of? Can you taste the butter in recipe 1? I think recipe 2 sounds yummy because it has condensed milk and can still remain soft as per your experiment. Thanks for the effort!

Hi, i like recipe 1 more is because it soft and springy. ya, you can smell the butter in recipe 1.
So which ingredients in recipe 1 made the difference in the soft and chewy skin even free 60 hours of refrigerating? Is it because less glutinous rice flour used or cake flour was used or both these contributed to the soft and chewy skin even on the 3rd day?
