Love this look! I do WW2 Re-enactment / 1940s Re-enacting. We tend to do a slim brow with a nude eyeshadow (attention was focused on the red lip back then). Plenty of blush on the cheeks and contour was creeping in around this time in history. Hairstyles were bold as fashion was rationed back then so Victory Rolls became a pretty big thing. Lots of hairspray and bobby pins will be needed 😊

I over plucked in high school which was in 2010 🙃 it took years for mine to grow out and now they finally look semi normal. Just leave them alone as much as possible and try castor oil, revitalash, and jojoba oil!
