Flattened Rice (അവൽ) - ½ Cup (45 gm)
Banana (പഴം) - 4 to 5 Nos
Sugar (പഞ്ചസാര) - 3½ Tablespoon
Milk (പാൽ) - 1 Cup (250 ml)
Roasted Peanuts (വറുത്ത നിലക്കടല) - 3+1 Tablespoons
Roasted Cashew Nuts (വറുത്ത കശുവണ്ടി) - 2+1 Tablespoon
