ഈ റെസിപ്പി തയ്യാറാക്കി, കഴിച്ചു നോക്കി, വളരെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. പറഞ്ഞതു പോലെ Flavour മാറ്റി നോക്കി, ഏലയ്ക്കാ ചേർത്ത രുചിയാണ് കൂടുതൽ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ 4 ദിവസമായിട്ട് ഞാൻ ബ്രേക്ക് ഫാസ്റ്റ് ആയിട്ട് സന്തോഷത്തോടെ കഴിച്ചുവരുന്നു. തുടർന്നും സ്ഥിരമായി കഴിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. ദീർഘകാല സ്ഥിരഉപയോഗം ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള ദോഷഫലം ഉണ്ടാക്കുമെങ്കിൽ പറഞ്ഞു തരണെ. നന്ദി ഷാൻജിയോ. ഇനിയും ഇതു പോലുള്ള സിംപിൾ & ഹെൽത്തി ഫുഡ് റെസിപ്പികൾ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

I don't know whether I am wrong, but for a person who plans for a weight loss please avoid dates and honey in this smoothie recipe. Since honey and sugar contribute the same amount of calories.

I would say 3 dates a day would do you no harm even if you are aiming weight loss as dates contain a lot of fibre and makes us feel full. Honey, as said in the video, is for sweet tooth people. He added honey instead of sugar. But I would say if you use a nice and ripe banana and dates, even a sweet tooth can survive without honey.

സാദാ പാല് use ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ instead of other milks. Yogurt ഉം പാലും ഒപ്പം use ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലെന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.
