This place is located at a distance of 80 kms from Salalah town. Go through Raysut Road and cross the Mughsail Beach Road to drive through the beautiful hairpin bends to reach Shaat. There is a military checkpoint about 10-15 kms from shaat where you have to present your ID card and vehicle documents to pass the checkpoint. Yemen is just 80 kms away from Shaat.
