I've now made 2 of these bags, the first one I made using jelly roll strips, and I put pockets inside, then I made another with a 10 1/2" x wig piece, and it turned out good, I also put pockets on the inside of it, oh yes, I also put a loop strap on it, I'm now thinking of making another, only I will make it 12" wide (or several more), after all, we can't have to many purses. These are the quickest, easiest purses I have ever made, I love them. I love the fact that you can make them your own, bigger, smaller, straps, pockets, etc.

Hi Helen! We estimate the total time for your first bag to be around 2hrs or so. Your next ones will probably go by faster. We do imagine that it probably takes around 20 minutes to stitch the strips together. Hope this helps! -Michelle
