It warms my heart to see how much you love your niece bro. I lost my niece (Bailey) to chemo treatments in July 2016. She had a bone marror transplant that took but the radiation was just to much for her little body to handle, it burnt her lungs up. She was 18 years and 3 months old. It was one of the hardest things I've ever delt with honestly. I'm tearing up telling you now. I know you never will but i want to say it anyways. Never take advantage of the wonderful times you'll have while spending time with her. There is alot of reason why I'm sub to your channel but that is one of the most important reasons why i am. In my experience, the ones who talk all that shit are the ones who cant afford the same bike they own in a Harley. I say just ride what you like and can afford. Do what you can to make it more fun. If that's more hp then so be it. If it's more comfort that's cool too.

I also have a Yamaha fz8 800cc with only a slip on muffler. all I can say is both are totally different bikes but honestly speaking relatively speaking the fz8 makes so much more sense in terms of size an engine what you get in terms of speed. . why does Harley keep increasing size of engine when the size of the engine does not translate into speed. ? torque and power itch ? are you planning to tow a bus with your Harley ?

I’m 26 and until recently I haven’t cared an ounce about engines or anything that’s made a vehicle move. Now that I’ve worked on my bike and my truck out of pure necessity, I appreciate them and am fascinated by them. When I’m on the bike half the fun I have is listening to the gurgles and grumbles and how the trans feels when shifting. I’d probably have just as much fun and less frustration on an electric bike, but nothing will beat a gas eating fire breathing chunk of steel rumbling as hard as it can at my will.
