Nice rig.

Looks like a Telesquirt ladder. The beacons on the roof are Federal either CJ184 or CJ284 speaker lights. The siren on the dashboard looks like a Federal PA200.

You can't get much lighter of a life than being a Fire Truck. They are the most Pampered vehicles ever. Hence why they look new even being from the seventies.

I wished people loved other trucks like they love fire trucks. There are TONS of people who are all over these things and it's easy to find excellent examples of classic trucks out there.

@@shadofax96 I also wish people loved other jobs like they love Firefighters. There are Tons of jobs where people work a Hell of a lot harder and at far more risk than Firefighters, yet they receive little to no recognition! Life's not fair for Trucks or People!

@@daveboydell2896 This is true, however when you find those sacred few who do know, admire, and respect those "other drivers" it feels just a little extra special. I try to make garbage men feel proud of their chosen profession.

I love the Ford C-cabs but the only thing I hate about them is that yellow turd they have for an engine. Rip that pile of crap 3208 out of it and drop in a Detroit 8V-71! A REAL Engine!

I agree with you, this thing shook and struggled mightly just to go down the road. I wonder why Ford used a V8 gasser and this Cat in those trucks exclusively.

That engine is a total POS. They were cheap ass marine engines that fire apparatus manufactured in the 70's and early 80's got for cheap.

@@aceiconia7215 I hope it's the Cats you're referring to.
