If you mean the big metal shutters, press the switch on the desk, in the room full of blood and the dead body, before reaching the white vents.

I start from "Spoilers" I start from the warp point to summer camp from cathedral of pain. Once you drop down that hole in the floor in the caves, and land in the lake, you cannot go back up
