I have watched all your "creating a martial art" and "shadow martial arts" videos. I am fascinated by the coordination, the fluidity and speed of the movement : it is a real choreography, I would dare to say a kind of tribal dance of a warrior who is preparing to launch his attack. I'm glad I'm not that invisible opponent who takes those elbows, those punches and those kicks of yours but a it is a real pleasure watching your training sessions. Congratulations!!!

Thanks much for the compliments and time of day. I appreciate you checking out my videos and martial arts. My movements are something of dance for sure, and it’s always a pleasure when like-minded martial artists understand my work. God bless my friend, and stay cool. Always drilling is the cake, not the icing.

road to 2000 uploads the one where he should be on 2002th video, but instead abandoned that idea......... this is the second video beyond the 2000th one, where he "deleted old videos" so he could be could delay it

Not sure have useful those elbows will be in real combat tbh you completely stop moving in place to throw them maybe if your back was against a wall it would be good but any other mma fighter especially a Mui Thai practitioner is going to pick you apart. Ditch the elbow combos work more on fluid movement & punching combos

You know when he is fast when the camera slows to compensate for his speed
