The name of the movie is Shadow of China. As a young man the character and his gf escaped from China to HK (during China's Cultural Revolution I think). Many years later a Japanese journalist tracks him down as he is a triad leader. He is super rich. Meets gf he hasn't seen for 25 years. John Lone was beautiful in all he did. As a Canadian I am happy to share him, lol.
