Whenever I hear these soundtracks from that game I just get chills to the bone. It's my favorite game from not just the PS2, but from that entire generation. I've beaten it at least 15 times, and I have all versions of it too, including the PS2 demo. Some people hated it for its simplicity but that was what made it amazing for me. It was a rush the first time through with trying to figure out how to defeat each colossus. Everything was just amazing, its looks, atmosphere, music, story, just the whole experience. There will never be anything like it. And yes I played ICO and the last guardian. And they do seem to be connected

Dear lord fantastic. Unfortunately I went for the wrong concert it seems. Just a few months later after this I went to see Malmö symphony orchestra - who did a superb video games concert in all. They also played parts of Shadow of the colossus score, a suite. However the suite contained nothing but less memorable parts, in truth I couldn't recognize any of it, and the amount of times I have cleared the game..
