Rotation with T2 6P Bonus Inner focus + Talisman of Ephemeral Power -> VP -> VT -> SWP -> Cassandra’s Tome into MB -> SWD -> Homonculi Then mind spike x 3 -> MB -> SWD repeat

I have 4 pieces of the set so far mind you but I'm asking for future endevours. Should i farm pvp gear or is there aome other way?

@Pants Gaming how close are the trinkets dps wise ? is briarwood > draconic on single target ? even if you snapshot draconic dmg or is it depending on lenght of the fight? Plus Isn't shadowguard + 1 extra global(mind spike) = more dmg than 1 devouring plague, considering shadowguard will be precast, u free up 1 global in fight.

So theres 10% from onyxia buff, theres 5% from songflower, theres 3% from dire maul tribute and another 3% from boomie aura. Thats 21% flat crit from buffs. Your BiS gear has a little under 14% baseline, so thats 35% and with all the % and flat value buffs int it adds up to like 2-3% more. The problem isnt getting close, its the last few %. Then again, thats only as long as you have worldbuffs, so you need to be prepared for both situations. Or at least I have to be. Unfortunately.

At 4 points your MB cooldown is 6 seconds. The global cooldown is always 1.5 seconds (minimum amount of time needed for a cast, including instant cast abilities). This means you cast MB then 4 other spells and cast MB again. With a 5th point you do the same thing and your MB is off cd half a second earlier, but this overlaps with your 4th cast. So it's a wasted point. If you skip that 4th cast then you'd have to wait 1 second before you could cast MB and losing 1 second of cast time is even worse for your dps. TLDR the 5th point is worthless

eye of the void is a huge dps loss. 1 warlock should be using mark of chaos as it's a huge grief for shadow to use eye of the void. worst case scenario a healing priest should use eye if necessary

Are 99% of the raids not more interested on Curse of Elements ? Are there comfortably makros to put the curse on target. I dont wanna say it, but in my first run I wasnt prepped and "clicked". That enchant does absolutely nothing. Mind spike uses the higher of your frost or shadow damage. Frost will never be higher than shadow

So I was palnning to make a guide before MC came out, but because MC is essentially SOM MC with an added Fire Resistance mechanic it didn't seem worth it to make a guide since there weren't new mechanics to the fights. Joardee has an MC guide you can check out. If BWL has mechanics that are different from SOM then I'll make a guide for that, but not if it's just SOM BWL

Shadow Specialization + Talents get you to 16%. Doesn't need to be mentioned because you'll always be hit capped

I don't think spell power snapshots. Just crit and % damage modifiers. I believe spell power updates to whatever your value is whenever pain and suffering refreshes your dots.

It was easy to test on PTR with target dummies. And debuffs on the target update dynamically to your dots, buffs on your character do not. Stacking shadow weaving is ONLY a thing in Wrath since it's a buff on your character and not a debuff on the boss
