Cool video, I liked the insight given from you playing the character Also FYI the attack speed increase from Maxwell helping his minions is 55% - pretty decent! Edit: I'd also like to add that although the thurible gives a lvl4 (16 damage) boost, the dark sword is always a better option overall dps-wise if you're not using a beefalo

The effects of hitstun were also lowered because of Wanda that's why can't hit as often But yeah people underestimate the panic state normally the only way to induce panic was through fire This would be similar to fire stunning but is juch safer

Agree DVG , stunning with fire is a bit risky because if enemy die when on fire, the loot might become ash / cooked meat, also we risk of taking a bit fire damage from attacking burning enemy.. with shadow sneak is much safer and it's area stun yey 😄😄

I mained Maxwell before the rework and it does seem now he is a whole new character I have to understand stand again. I love watching you videos cause they are full of great info, I do wish you talked in them so I can keep doing my chores 😅. So rabbits are the best way for him to get NMF, do you know any little farms I can make to get rabbit early game?

def not the best way to get nmf, look up a shadow pieces farm, have one in my world and never need to worry about it or dark swords/amor

Hi VØL 😄 ahh yes Maxwell undergo many (good) changes yey 😁 For early game I think Bunnyman is better than rabbit bcause rabbit spawn from rabbit hole every 2,5 days, while bunnyman spawn from their house every 1 day. If we make a rabbit hutch near our base (or nearby sinkhole to deal with those pesky bats), we can get NMF everyday 😄 though we need to defeat the bunnyman first (200 hp, deal 40 dmg), at least it's a faster way to get NMF. how do you think VØL? 😄

Very helpful guide, nice videos too. Me and my friends started playing dst so now i will main MW l, although his hp is hit and die and im bad at kitting i hope i can get some more practice with him. The new farming resources its great i just dk if their loot disappears when they disappear

Hi Filip welcome to DST! 😄 ah yes kiting can be tricky in the beginning, wear armor like log suit / football helmet when kiting 'kay? So in case we got hit, the damage we got won't be deadly 😄 For new farming resource, you mean the Shadow Servant? If they die /expired when holding something, the item they hold will be dropped on where they disappear 😄😊

Hi Yung, yes with Shadow Thurible , our Shadow Duelist will get +16 damage bonus. For now, only Shadow Thurible that give Tier 4 bonus , hopefully in the future there will be more Tier 4 items as well 😄

@@Wattata888 thats probably just because they only fight a speccific target that hit you/you attacked it, not neccesarily a bug, it probablt just slipped under the radar, though thats pretty goofy to see Maxwell just dying in the background while his servants stand there, realizing, that they're just like him, trying to make history. I am pretty sure that just a slight tweak to make them attack hostile creatures would also be problematic, because then they will sometimes attack horde of killer bees and die, but hey, atleast i am not going to be dead.

i personally find shadow sneak spell useless for some reasons. It transforms specific creatures to their nightmare version with higher loot table but only loot you get is beard and nightmare fuel. Maybe it could be efficent way to farm beardlords for nightmare fuel but for rabbits and splumonkeys it's waste of time. There is no way to transform rabbits in a large group, for splumonkeys you will need very sophisticated farm setup and additional structures(winona catapults). Other than that fear mechanic can be life saving in hound waves.

Oh actually Shadow Sneak is useful in early game where we havent find Bunnymen / Splumonkeys, rabbits are good source of nightmare fuel, we can shadow prison 2 rabbits that are close to each other (usually in Savannah biome), then shadow sneak them to get 2 nightmare fuels, it's quite fast. On Day 1 usually I can get like 6-8 fuels 😄 Also Shadow sneak is a good crowd control skill vs Level 3 Spiders, shadow splumonkeys in ruins, even in fight againts Bee Queen, to make grumblebees panic 😄 give it a try my friend 😄
