And no, no Pokémon is even close to lightning speed, most only have Subsonic speed and the lightning they do avoid isn’t cloud to ground, but electricity produced by other Pokémon’s attacks that behave in no way like natural lightning. Even if it was it’s still pathetic in comparison to Shadow who is faster than light by quite a huge margin, Mewtwo is getting blitzed regardless. Mewtwo has never shown that ability in combat either, those swap techniques are only gameplay mechanics and nothing more. And do tell me where Shadow has been shown to be any more vulnerable than anyone else. He’s already resisted the mind control of Black Doom who is infinitely more powerful than Mewtwo is.
